Pros

Great commission structure, management is very flexible on scheduling. Company is positioning itself to make huge profits on the new LTE band (data speed).

Cons

base pay is too low.

    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Lot's of high quality people working in a fast paced wireless telco arena. Work excellence culture is rewarded and promoted within the company.

    Cons

    Some areas of T-Mobile are becoming bogged down with red tape and slow moving processes. The company used to be very flexible and could react fast to the market, but now is becoming a slow moving ATT type company.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, we love working at T-Mobile and simplify as many processes as you can.
