I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Flexible, Part time is really good with benefits compared to other part time jobs, perfect job while attending school, employee cellular perks, company culture is laid back (can be either good or bad)

Cons

Customers can either make you love or hate the job. You can get stuck with bad retail management, the older and more educated you get..the job gets less appealing..

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

good pay, good benefits, merit-based rewards, good support from immediate managers, off your feet, great place to perform and grow (if you're looking to move quickly up the ladder), publicly traded company

    Cons

extremely loud, extremely competitive, generally unprofessional environment, sitting all day, someone tells you when you can toilet, angry customers, if you're a call center employee, be prepared to lose your voice every day, feel unable to breathe, and probably end up on some kind of medication

    Advice to Management

Remember the kids in the trenches. That place can be awful.
