I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Cheap cell phone plan, 401k, PTO, no crushing hazards, minimal chicanery, not having to dig graves, minimal interaction with fry oil, no skin rashes, paid holidays, free Ms Pac Man in the cafetorium

Cons

having to work instead of getting free money for nothing.

Advice to Management

Please continue to keep me on as an employee. Thank you.

    great low cost benefits, major investment in training, steady schedule, and amazing 401k.

    Cons

    multiple KPI's to manage, company keeps downsizing laying off people, and everyone is under pay freeze.

    Pros

    There are no pros to this job. Any you can imagine are quickly overshadowed.

    Cons

    The stress is incredible. Your coach may bonus but you never will. The goals are unrealistic. They went way downhill over the last 3 years. No longer a JD Power award winner for customer service and getting passed up by smaller companies with better customer service. All they care about is call time.

    Advice to Management

    You are all quitting. What advice can I give? Jump ship while you still can.
