Relaxed, positive, it is what you make it.

Cons

Lots of people aiming to promote to few positions. Very cliquish and political.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There were many flexible schedules to go for. Co-workers are energetic and enthused about the technology they're working with. Facilities have lots of employee perks.

    Cons

    While T-Mobile is getting better, most cell phone companies have some crappy policies and fees and such. Having to explain these unfortunate situations to consumers was never fun.

    Advice to Management

    New policies are getting better. Keep moving in that direction.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Supportive management and a lot of opportunities to win the latest phones. Also offer tuition reimbursement. Learn many productive things about the latest technology.

    Cons

    Corporate decisions tend to hinder the customer - sales rep interaction. Many times new sales steps were created by corporate and they were just not realistic with how the real life interactions happen between customers. Also, the work/life balance is not very good.
