    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Best salary, benefits and generous PTO time off, not any more. Merit and promotions are on hold since 2013 indefinitely.

    Cons

    with the new CEO-John Legere- who is being called potty mouth CEO (dont take my word for it. check internet and google review) He is doing whatever he wants in the company not even sending one memo to employees about the changes. paper cups, soda, plastic forks, plates and even wall clocks from the building are gone. In the last 2 layoffs this year, he didnt bother to send one email to all employees about the cut. Employees came to know about the layoff from Seattle times news. Come on what kind of CEO he is? like Sadam Hussain??

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of Potty mouth John Legere.

    Very nimble company that's gets things done. They think outside the box from your every day wireless carrier.

    Cons

    Must provide better coverage in rural areas.
