Approves of CEO

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Family friendly environment. They allow more of a work/life balance than other companies.

Cons

Challenging environment to work in and get decisions made from upper level management. Not many current employees understand the technical environment and making changes to it is a challenge.

Advice to Management

Do more to retain talent who understand your environment. Remove managers who don't really want to lead and replace them with those who do. You have to really want to be a leader.

    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They are willing to shake things up. There are always new products and services to be working on. Co-workers are willing to help and respond to communications properly. Compensation is on par with other companies. The new CEO seems very aggressive fighting for customers.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the things they shake up will most always disrupt or may even threaten your job every 3 to 6 months. There have been three CEOs in the last four years and while the new CEO is very aggressive with pricing, margins are shrinking so they will look to cut expenses and are not afraid to cut jobs.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to do more than just look out for your job.
