I worked at T-Mobile full-time

Pros

Never a dull moment, opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies, strong leadership at the very top.

Cons

Can be very silo oriented with too many cooks in the kitchen. Currently not the most stable environment as they rebuild and rebrand to overtake the competition.

Advice to Management

Stay laser focused on a few key initiatives. Do not try to solve every problem at once.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The phone discount is great and parking is free.

    Cons

No raises, no bonuses, no more free pop, no CLOCKS in the HQ! When they decided to go public, they started cutting all the things that made it a pleasant place to work. Now the benefits have almost doubled in cost, our PTO is being reduced and they took out the plants, so the place even looks low rent!

    Advice to Management

The PTO and benefits were the only things that have kept morale up. You seem determined to make us all unhappy.
