    Great entry level position into gaining sales experience, great product to sell!

    Cons

    I worked for a franchised t-mobile known as HIT Mobile and they crushed our commission structure. It killed incentive for performance and was a large factor in my decision to leave the company.

    Potential at T-Mobile is huge. Definitely seeming like they are on their way to number one carrier in the nation (currently #3). If that happens, stock and all will increase. Good place to learn skills, fairly insulated and safe space to learn things if you have the right attitude. Compensation is good for telecom...

    Cons

    Teams differ wildly depending on management (starting from manager). Pretty strict hierarchy rather than the Facebook approach where projects start from the engineers. Compensation is good for telecom... think about that one.
