    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    T-Mobile supports growth as a company and in individuals who work at the company. I have a work-home life balance. I feel successful. It is great to put my energy into a company that I believe in.

    Cons

    No merit increases in 2013, so hopefully this will be re-enacted in 2014.

    Advice to Management

    Please remember to stay in touch with the middle layer - we provide a lot of valuable feedback, but do not always have direct access to upper management to interact and we want to connect with you.

    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Amazing company with amazing benefits and room for growth. Been here almost almost 6 years and I've seen the good, the bad and the real ugly. With the company's shift to "un-carrier", we are leaving a lot of wireless companies in shame and now is the best time to be part of the movement. CEO John Legere is a genius, and it's a pleasure to work under his direction.

    Cons

    Honestly, nothing.... Maybe adding more corporate locations in NY but that's about it.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work, this year we will take back JD Power
