I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good hourly pay for part time and full time associates. Great commission in busy stores.

Cons

Poor management. I've had at least ten managers in four years.

Advice to Management

Promote within rather then hiring from outside. I applied for a position within the company and was told I did not have enough experience outside of the company. I've worked for the company since I was 18, how do I get experience outside of the company.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay is okay, commission makes up the bulk of your check, so you need to work for it. The benefits are amazing, healthcare for the whole family is less than $300 a month and great.

    Cons

Every other paycheck is hourly only, and the hourly pay tends to be on the lower end. The hours are irregular and can be long during the holiday season. Even part time workers can get great hours if you ask for them though.

    Advice to Management

    Better hourly pay, less meetings,
