Pros

Great talent and nice people to work with.

Cons

Some promotions to managers were misfires. Increasing turnover and layoffs a major distraction.

    Pros

T-Mobile has standards and policies in place and it is a professional work environment with great benefits and good pay.

    Cons

Once they decide to get rid of you, they start making things up to begin the process. Stay on if you have done nothing wrong until they offer you a severance package!

    Advice to Management

Follow the laws and be sure to choose worthy applicants for Senior Management.

    Pros

Great benefits, a lot of good people to work with, awesome reward and recognition, good promotional opportunities. Great training opportunities for leaders, learned a lot over the years

    Cons

Challenging goals that make it hard (but not impossible) to succeed.
    Lots of changes frequently
The GM was a bully and did not live the values. Ruined the culture that was built before him

    Advice to Management

Make sure that Sr Leadership is accountable as much as anyone else. Go back and research what made t-mobile one of the best places to work, why isn't tmobile there any longer? The focus switched to only the bottom line once Sue Nokes left. It used to balance company needs and employee needs, now it's just another corporate mass of cubicles
