I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

The culture is mostly solid founded by great people. The opportunity to make great money is there if you are willing to go after it.

Cons

The network and its perception is your greatest hinderance. Retail runs the show so if you aren't in that division, getting resources can be tough. Targets change a lot.

    Pros

    Great place with a lot of money potential if you can interact with customers.

    Cons

    Dealing with not so bright people on daily basis. but that is any retail job.

    More coaching and promoting.

    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great people, great benefits, great compensation package. T-Mobile has the ability to do great things, they just need to devise a plan and stick with it. They may be on the right path now.

    Cons

    Terrible network, too many service plan offerings for business customers, outdated policies and procedures. Micro-management of senior sales people is unnecessary.

    Advice to Management

    Don't worry about being the "fastest" network, worry about being a reliable network
