Pros

Great benefits. Fast paced environment, never get bored because its always changing

Cons

Just like any call center, your work is not the only thing reviewed. There needs to be more balance in the expectations from one manager to another.

Advice to Management

Be more consistent and look past just the surface of someone's skills

    Pros

    Very generous with benefits. Compensation was good. I enjoyed the ready and available upper management team and my peers.

    None that I can think of.

    I enjoyed my management at T-Mobile. No advice but to keep up the hard work and amazing support you provided for our district.

    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    benefits, management team, others, time off to see others, accommodating with emergencies, always helpful if you have any problems with anyone.

    Cons

    hours per week were way too much and this contributed to leaving the company, also sometimes they want you in when its not needed. They need to cutback the hours if they want to people to stay with the company and move up. It's unnecessary to work for so many hours.
