    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

your job is to help people select a cell phone and plan, very easy laid back job. you stay up to date with cell phone technology, benefits and discounts. you get commission for helping people select phones, acessories and pick their plan, very fun job

    Cons

its a retail job with retail hours meaning likely working sundays not all the time as its rotational depending on your team schedule. saturdays too and depending on location may work till 9pm.

    Advice to Management

keep up with the apple store trend, more and more stores are learning from apples success of pay via square like merchant device by equipping employees with phone with the device - allows customers to step one foot in and can purchase without the need to walk to the register unless they paying cash of course

  2. "significant staff turnover, outdated/inaccurate systems, and business redirection"

    Pros

Collaborative, supportive environment; emphasis on team building; culture seems to provide a reasonable "runway" for employees to get up to speed in a new role, and offers pathways to growth

    Cons

Legacy of underinvestment -- and continued scrimping -- in operations and in critical IT systems takes its toll on staff; fixing mistakes and reinventing broken processes are two constants; emphasis on collaboration smothers forward progress, particularly for high-performing staff

    Advice to Management

Loosen the purse strings (comp, Systems investment) and give leeway to highly motivated staff to pursue new initiatives
