I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Flexible hours, monthly schedule, ethical workplace, good matching on the 401K, you accrue PTO every pay period, hourly base with commission.

Cons

You have to be good at sales or you may be stressed out. You are working with the public so patience is a virtue.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good team structure if you can find the right team. It can also be laid back for non-management employees. Easy money, if not a lot of money.

    Cons

Dozens of weekly reports, lots of stress and pressure for upper management, and all while commission pay gets cut and changed radically every year. Do more and get less. Less benefits (more expensive this year), no more phone discount for employees, no raises this year again, and a lot of other cons.

T-Mobile has gone from a place to form a career at to a summer job at best,

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees the best you can, they are the ones that make or break you, as much as your customers.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are amazing, including tuition reimbursement, and 401k.

    Cons

Growing in lateral position is good but a lot of inner politics to move up in the company.

    Advice to Management

Don't totally rely on word of mouth to hire external employees but believe in inner growth because the nature of the company develops a lot of great potential leaders within.
