I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Full-Time Benefits while only working Part-Time Hours.Flexibility of Hours and not being micromanaged.

Cons

Lack of employee development and to promote them. No matter how hard you work and the previous experience you have in the industry you have its hard to get promoted.

Advice to Management

Leaders need to take more time to develop and promote great employees!

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, childcare reimbursement. You get some nice perks if you don't cross the wrong people.

    Cons

Bad schedule, holidays. Mid-level leadership is really uneven and lord help you if you have a bad district manager. That seems to make all the store managers worse.

    Advice to Management

Give frontline employees more power to work with the customer. Having to tell people to call the customer care line to get something done was a downer for all involved.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Get to participate in industry leading changes. Great environment, always get to tackle new customer pain point initiatives.

    Cons

Cross functional initiatives can be a challenge, due to competing priorities and strategies (or lack of). Some Executives need to review their MBA organizational leadership books or take a leadership course. Throughout the executive ladder C-Level to Director lacks communication and priorities.

    Advice to Management

Focus on cross functional goal congruency, leadership (Director and above) exert the impression as if they don't know whats going on (information hiding), which creates an ambiguous environment for individual contributors.
