I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Honestly the pay structure is pretty good. By working part-time and hustling you can make a good $30.00+/hour with commission. The environment overall is pretty chilled and somewhat competent leaders. Good with your school schedules and such. The uncannier movement has somewhat really been successful.

Cons

High-pressured environment
Force fitting customers what they don't really need: example higher data plans and tablets.
Low hourly pay.
Advancements are a joke and even if you advance the raise is not enough to really want to make that change.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, competitive pay, great vacation time and innovative company.

    Cons

It's difficult, even with commission, to make more than a certain amount at each position.

    Advice to Management

Give the middle management more opportunity for advancement and more incentive with better commission opportunities.

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

some flexible hours if you have the right manager.
health insurance at part time hours.

    Cons

Hard work never pays off as promotions go to who ever is in the inner circle with the district manager at the moment.
management rather yell at your for not hitting goal and not give any insight on to how to hit your objective or why its important.
Tenure means nothing at the company just how you are performing that month.
new CEO came in and gutted a lot of employee programs/perks to save money while keeping executive perks in tact.

    Advice to Management

Look at your top sales associates for promotions rather than hiring from the outside.
