    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time

    Pros

Family environment in a large corp. yet very business minded. Excellent advancement opportunities for motivated individuals who understand collaboration and team together. Managers and Directors are accessible and open to new ideas.

    Cons

Restricted budgets at the pay for performance and individual incentive level, moving toward a broader minded attempt at employee satisfaction. Changes in executive leadership have shifted focus away from and less discussions are centered on core company values

  2. "Decent company, but don't care about employees anymore and goes double for contractors"

    Pros

The CEO seems to have the right mindset.

    Cons

Buddy system, good ol boys precedence

    Advice to Management

Better leadership training, less micromanagement. Take care of those who take care of your network or you wont have a network to brag about. Shareholders might look at bottom line but the bottom line is the company don't profit if the network is crap, the network will not get better if you cant keep employees due to how they are treated morally and financially.
