Pros

The support you receive from the management is outstanding, really great. They were very supportive and really help me during my intership

Cons

Some employee can be mean sometimes on the work place especially is your intern. Make sure you ask as many question as you have especially to the management

Advice to Management

keep the good work. Especially Bill Mckissack, he is just a great guy. very supportive and helpful. I would work with him for ever

    Pros

    - Benefits are second to NONE
    - The amount of PTO is very fair
    - As a sales rep up to assistant manager you are not worked to death! (manager not so much)
    - Commissions can be good

    Cons

    - However Commission can suck, especially when I watched the upper management change the structure go from great to nill over 5 years
    - work life balance for managers isn't the best...
    - last minute ideas from upper management are thrown on you then you have to do the same to your staff... (these ideas are not all the way thought through...)
    - HR is a joke and it is waaaayyyy to hard to get rid of those who need to go.

    Advice to Management

seriously listen to your staff... try doing an undercover boss thing. Our staff had great ideas and thoughts on what worked and what was a joke.... T-Mobile needs to stick to what it knows (cheap cost, building a better network coverage, and get into the technology that sales in other markets. Have a direction for your managers and staff on what the next steps would be for them to move up.

    Pros

    entrepreneurial atmosphere - challenger opportunity

    Cons

uncertainty around strategic direction, ability to effectively compete in the industry

    Advice to Management

Continue down the path of establishing a culture of a true (and capable) challenger brand - need a common identity to rally around. Also, the analytical rigor and business acumen demanded by the new leadership is a refreshing change
