    interesting and challenging work
    highly collaborative, always opportunities to reach out across teams and channels

    stated values aren't actually happening at all levels
    employees don't feel listened to by management
    neverending meetings (12-20 per week)
    no down time, everything in high gear all the time
    managers tend to over-criticize performers, ignore underperformers (resulting in passive-aggressive behavior)
    for many, success is defined by personal rewards and bottom line (at the cost of ignoring how people are impacted)
    underappreciative of performers who think outside the box (missing opportunities)

    do what you say you do: follow your own values statements! stop using people up.

    Slow, frequently down systems
    Complete lack of training for certain positions
    Frequently changing metrics make it difficult to be in good standing sometimes
    Awful human resources department

    Hold your management to the same standards you hold your front line employees to
    Get a better human resources department and leave of absence team, immediately
    Give us better systems to work with, we NEED those tools to do our jobs efficiently; they do us absolutely no good if they go down at least once a day/are so slow they're barely functional
