    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You learn a lot about sales. It's a great part-time job for college students. The hours are good. There is a great teamwork environment. My manager was very knowledgeable and supportive.

    Cons

    In any customer service job you deal with people that are less than pleasant but since T-Mobile operates mainly with a cost-leadership strategy the cliental can be extremely cheap. I had people literally yell at me over a 25 cent increase on their bill.

    Advice to Management

    i had an AMAZING immediate manager but I think that other upper level management might be able to do a better job of understanding their employees.
