Pros

This company loves and takes care of its employees. The intern program was super rewarding, with lots of fun events to balance out the tons of interesting and rewarding work experience. Fast paced, interesting challenges, great teams -- I'm very glad I landed here this summer.

Cons

Might be more autonomy than you're used to. Individual responsibility takes precedence here, over having everything micro-managed for you. I personally think that's a nice thing.

    I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fast-paced, challenging, customer service and sales. T-Mobile definitely treats its employees well and offers competitive pay, raises, promotions and benefits.

    Cons

    Random shifts, lack of leadership, politics and policies, lack of job training, unrealistic expectations at times

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and allow set schedules. Do not forget that all of us on frontline are hourly plus comission, not salary. Emphasizing generating leads and appointments is not a realistic expectation at times.
