Pros

Personal growth opportunities. Broad assortment of resources for training and development. Special projects to take ownership of that demonstrate abilities or assist in strengthening skill set.

Cons

Many long time employees, (stay because the company is a good company to work for) limit your opportunity for advancement.

Advice to Management

Sr. Management, manage your leaders. Stronger teams with clear, concise objectives and metrics will produce results and keep employees motivated.

    Pros

The company rewards based on performance, so if you work at a good store you can make great commission plus your base pay. It is a pretty easy job, as far as sales go and they don't ask for too much. Great job to have during school or while looking for another job.

    Cons

Everything is dependent upon the store you work at. I worked at a corporate location which also happened to be one of the least busy stores. Typically we ended up dealing with more problems than anything. When looking at a potential job opportunity, check out the stores atmosphere and location.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employees and reward them! There are a few people in every district that get preferential treatment with the district manager and if you aren't in that crowd you won't be promoted. Also stop taking things away from us and start giving!

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, and everything else that has no people involvement.

    Cons

Horrible Management full of false promises. Unless you're an A$$ kisser or juiced in, you have no chance at advancement!

    Advice to Management

Unless you know or are connected to the big wigs, you have no shot at advancement! If you like sucking up and kissing butt and having false promises given to you daily then this is the job for you!
