I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

There are many good reasons to work for T-Mobile. Discounted phone bill, discount towards accessories, and good benefits package to name a few. The company is growing and will soon be in the hunt for the top spot in the telecommunication world.

Cons

Just like other large corporate environments, its not what you know its who you know in order to advance your career further. Pay is fair could be better.

Advice to Management

Stop managing and be leaders! Listen to your employees, be proactive in identifying issues rather than ignoring them.

    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time

    Pros

Fair pay, extremely good benefits, and very nice people to work with. The company gives you ample paid time off and is very understanding if things arise in your life that make it difficult to make it into work that day. Positive environment!

    Cons

Stressful in many ways. A lot of the time you find yourself just as confused as the customer regarding their account. It's definitely a hard work/personal life balance. I feel like the job is taking years off my life dealing with nothing but cell phone bills, but at the same time it's paying my rent and covering my son and I for health insurance. Some days you leave feeling okay (by luck you didn't have too many complicated calls), other days you get nothing but angry difficult phone calls.

    Advice to Management

Training could be much improved and the new system really needs to come out
