    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Trading world is interesting and you can learn a lot but you cannot use the trading strategy to consistently make money without coming in with your own or developing a different one than is taught. Surprised with the buying power they trust you with early.

    Cons

High turnover, no salary no benefits, you will make a significant time and money investment into this firm. No one I know there was positive for the year when I left (in late 2010)...everyone was loosing money. A friend that I still have there said they recently dropped compensation percentage as well making it even harder to break even.

    Advice to Management

Invest in employees with a base salary and training program. There should be no capital contribution required. Employee turnover is insane.
