Favoritism where staff members who are inadequate, and repeatedly lie, blaming other staff for their mistakes, are NOT held accountable and are promoted.
I enjoyed the residents and helping to get them to doctors and dentist appointments as well as trips for groceries and dining out events etc.
Cons
I had very minimal support but plenty of criticism from a supervisor that clearly did not understand the dynamics of the department and the struggles within. Nepotism was evident by the orders I was given for one "favored" employee and not the others. This ultimately was my breaking point with the company and the position had ended at this juncture in my mind.
