Initially, friendly and supportive. Good health insurance.

Not supportive. Many layoffs during the past few years.

A great place where all staff/freelance interpreters come together to ensure access to communication is provided in a professional manner, leaving the client and the Deaf consumer satisfied. A good liaison for the deaf community.

May need to push for location adjustments, rotations. Rotations should occur every 6 mos-2 yrs, but sometimes don't follow the schedule that's been set up.
