Ability to work from home during the pandemic
Cons
Way too little pay for the amount of work employees are responsible for, ($20.13/hour), all metrics tracked down to the second, I personally resigned due to my manager telling me to use paid break time to use the restroom (which took about 2 minutes between calls). Very great place to work all around love it!
Cons
None that I can think of other than it being a call center type job so it can get repetitive from time to time but they do a good job of trying to mix it up for you
