Pros

Flexible Times. Pass the Licenses to advance further. All of the managers I have had have been super friendly and actually work to get you moved up (I think they get incentives so that highly motivates them!). If you don't pass the licenses they can offer a position.

Cons

Not passing the Licenses can be very negative. You can still get the job offer but limited in what services you can provide. Lots of movement most likely due to the Schwab takeover. So you may end up with 4 Managers in 2 years like me. The uncertainty of the Schwab take over
