    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Strong financial standing / rating for the bank.
Growing bank that seems committed to it's markets.
Conservative culture for new account approval prevents you from onboarding problem accounts.

    Cons

Canadians (6 banks total) believe that the US banking system (6,000+ banks) is broken and that their simplified view of the financial world is the best approach - it isn't!!
Conservative culture for new account approval prevents you from achieving your revenue goals.
LOTS of employee turnover - indicative of how they haven't gotten their act together yet.
Every job I encountered was purely focused on sales, even if the job was more of a relationship management role.
Be prepared to compete with your co-workers. Management doesn't care as long as business closes.
Operations area is a tremendous hinderance - first, second, and last response from them is always NO.

    Advice to Management

If you allow the Canadians to call all the shots, all the time, then you will continue to be a middle tier bank - they don't understand the US banking sector very well.
Also, the culture seems to get worse with every acquision, and they are going to focus on more acquisitions in the future....
