When you get promoted internally, it is usually a percentage which is cents on a dollar. But, once you get promoted to an Assistant Manager or a Store Manager, that is when you make the big bucks.

Advice to Management

Pay your hourly employees more to increase employee retention.

    Pros

    Employee appreciation week from upper management is very generous
    Yearly bbq
    Raffles and little encouragements to employees (activities and promotion of healthy work life balance)
    Very generous Christmas party

    Cons

    The call center is really bad - management doesnt recognize hard work or interest in performance
    Lots of favoritism, gossip and politics
    The executive side seems not so bad tho, but the call center is awfully organized, no one is on the same page
    Awful training, poor coaching, no encouragement, no one is on the same page as far as policies and procedures, no advancement, poor pay, worst raises, broken morale, management poorly capable - quit as soon as finished college

    Advice to Management

    Re-structure the call center from the bottom up COMPLETELY!!!!
