I have been working at TD part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great benefits, great training, reimbursement programs, respectful workplace, very accepting of different cultures, many opportunities to move up in the company if you do well. They value growth and it's not based on seniority.

Cons

They have high expectations for their employees, especially when it comes to sales goals. Although the training is great there needs to be more training facilities around. I had to travel to another state in order to make the training. Also ugly teller uniforms, a sweater vest is not professional.

Advice to Management

Have managers work with the tellers don't just hide behind the desk.

I have been working at TD full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

TD does provide good training. THey send you off and pay for your time there. The benefits package is pretty good. PTO time makes time off flexible.

    Cons

too much sales pressure, upper management pretty much trying to make us force products on customers to get their numbers up, pay is not good, FSRs do not get commission on sales and it does not reflect in pay or bonus, high turnover, etc...

    Advice to Management

Start actually caring about customer service and not sales.
