Pros

TD Bank values its employees more than any other company I have worked for. They are constantly promoting employee happiness and giving opportunities to advance your career. Paid time off is generous and flexible.

Cons

As with all banks, sales are a heavy focus. While this is understandably important, in this specific instance, TD Bank does not have the balance of sales to operations that is necessary for a bank to become exceptionally successful.

Advice to Management

Continue sales emphasis, but redirect your energy towards improving operations and rewarding those who excel in this area.

    Pros

They may sometimes give you free lunches

    Cons

Coworkersare rude to each other, They say that they want to WOW each customer, but behind doors, it is the total opposite. TD may be a great place to work but definitely not at the store I work.

I have been working at TD part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some branches are great and have supportive leaders, while others lack strong leaders.

    Cons

Some managers micromanage everything you do. The branches are understaffed and management expects you to work miracles and meet sales goals while you are working both the teller line and the platform. No matter how late you stay, how long the lines are, how busy the branch is, or how hard you work, if you don't submit all reports asked for by the end of your shift, you'll receive either a passive aggressive email or have a conference with the managers.

    Advice to Management

Get better store managers or learn how to train effective leaders.
