Pros

Im sure I wouldn't know.

Cons

I was offered a job as a CSR in the Chester, VA call center, which I accepted. On the first day of work, I had car trouble and was about 20 minu7tes late; I emailed the HR in box letting them know this. When I entered the lobby, there were about 10 other women there being told by a security guard that the training room was full and that everyone needed to leave. Then a manager came out and told us the same thing. I said that I had an offer letter that I had accepted, and he just said, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Eventually I received an email from HR saying that they had hired many people (overhired, is what it sounds like) and that the training was on a first-come, first-served basis. So they had sent offer letters to more people than they were able to train, letters which had been accepted by more people than they had the resources to train. I was in a daze as I drove home, having never heard of a company offering jobs to more people than they could handle. I had bad luck with my car, but TDB should have said in the email they sent to new hires the week before our start date that the acceptance of an offer letter actually didn't guarantee you a job.
