Used to be a good place to work but with the recent sale of the majority of the company to Related properties the culture is changing. There is a lot of instability in the management. People are jockeying for power and the field personnel are being given no support or conflicting info. We went from being a company that GC's wanted to work with to a company that no one wants to see on a job site. Inexperienced project management being led by senior PM's who are also, either inexperienced themselves or afraid to make decisions because of potential push back from management. They could possibly be a good company to work for after either, Related acquires the rest of the company , or someone with a better business plan buys the majority. As it stands now, myself as well as others are looking to move on. I would recommend looking for employment elsewhere.
