Pros
TELUS is a place where you can grow. If you are willing to work hard the company will reward you. Benifits are awesome and the work life balance is always taken into account.
Cons
There really is no downside, however like I said above, you are asked to work hard and for that you are rewarded, however due to cuts across the board in all industries (not the fault of Telus) the last bonus payout left something to be desired. Then again at least we got something while most didn't.
