Pros
There are some ok people here (although competent people find other workplaces ASAP).
Cons
You can't help these people help themselves. Mostly because executive/upper management is incredibly incompetent. I am in final stages of interviewing for other jobs. There is also no way to grow or advance. Telus Ag is soul crushing for anyone who cares about their work and is a type A go getter.
