    Pros

work and life balance is great! Working from home is actually strongly encouraged with the new work style practice. Very flexible as your peers are all across Canada ( Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Quebec city, Edmonton, Ottawa) and Asia (Philippines and India)

    Cons

Telus can be boring depending on the team.

I have been working at TELUS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Interesting problems to solve
Strong corporate culture, encouraged to volunteer
    Flexible work style

    Cons

    Endless cost control
A by-product of cost control has been limited training opportunities
Not suitable for people who cannot adapt to large corporations, e.g. silos, process

    Advice to Management

People are an asset, not a cost, however if they are managed as costs, will not get the best from them. Senior management is relatively invisible to lowser layers in the organization.
