    I worked at THQ full-time

    Pros

Great people, great ideas, a real commitment from everyone involved to get the job done.

    Cons

The leadership at the top of the Company is utterly clueless and has been for years. As soon as the days of "stick it in a box, put a license on it, sell a few million" disappeared the steering of the company has gone from bad to worse. No belief in the digital age, hope is the best strategy. The board of the Company is in the CEO's pocket and vice versa and unfortunately the result is a Company that's been driven by agenda not by a goal to succeed.

    Advice to Management

It's been fairly plain for years that the board and CEO needed replacing. This late in the day the chances of even that succeeding are probably quite remote.
