I have been working at TIAA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, benign neglect.

    Cons

Not a high performance culture. Everything takes longer than it should. Have to remind people over and over for any request. Nice place to hang out - don't count on getting much done.

    Advice to Management

have a cup of coffee, make some decisions, quit coddling sycophantic dawdlers

    Pros

Large firm with long standing clients. Offers great retirement benefits.

    Cons

The firm does not live by their core values and code of business ethics. You will be worked to death and not rewarded for your work. They will not pay your required overtime even if you work beyond 40 hours. You will be put down emotionally and mentally to the point of exhaustion and pushed out of the firm. Beware of false promises.

    Advice to Management

Management plays the blame game only to make themselves look better. LIve up to the statement of "For the Greater Good" and not for your own personal gain. Listen to staff and their plights. Big changes are needed at this firm.
