For the majority of products - Great Technology and Products that do work, Smart and Dedicated Employees, Big Name customer list.

Cons

Lack of focused Marketing support. Lack of incentive programs for front line employees. Communication amongst the teams could be improved.

Advice to Management

Would like to see company invest in customer success and market awareness programs. Pay more attention to motivating and retaining top talent.
