    I have been working at TILL Inc. part-time

    Pros

    The individuals at the day hab are great to work with, there is a good amount of flexibility in managing your own time rather than being micromanaged (probably varies by site)

    Cons

    The upper management is unresponsive and gives contradictory or unhelpful direction, direct support employees are often not held responsible and policies are not evenly enforced. Benefits are only so-so.

    Advice to Management

    You need to run a tighter ship - give better training to direct support staff, hold them accountable for their work, and reward good workers. Put more effort and money into the basics of the company operations rather than special programs or events that benefit only a few of the clients and make more work for everyone while the day-to-day running of the programs gets ignored
