      Pros

      I was part of an organization that was acquired. The economies of scale for benefits were nice, but other than that, there were none. I left because of leadership and the culture.

      Cons

      Boys club, poor communication, work put on a few while others just talk.

      Large company so the benefits were industry standard

      Cons

      Everything else. No guidance every role is siloed and does not collaborate much. Senior Execs stay in their bubble
