      - Leadership communication of strategic objective is poor and can be toxic at times - Tight deadlines often poorly communicated adding to a stressfull environement - Salary and advantages are not competitive - Return to Office Policy with lack of place to accomodate everyone .

      Large company so the benefits were industry standard

      Cons

      Everything else. No guidance every role is siloed and does not collaborate much. Senior Execs stay in their bubble
