Pros
I truly have gotten so much out of working with TNTP! Not only have I met and been able to network with other educators in my city, I have grown skills as a coach for new teachers during their pre-service training. Respect for the commitment to the teaching profession exudes all parts of working with teachNola! Training skilled teachers ready to take on the complications of this charter landscape is no easy feat, and the teachNola staff is doing it and constantly striving to be better.

They DISCOURAGE higher thinking Dogmatic Coaches eavesdrop on your conversations Coaches talk to Fellows like we're in 6th grade Upper management is mainly white women HEAVY program focus on younger grades
