      Pros

      Truly flexible schedule, employees have ability to work from home when needed, Invest well in technology, Excellent wellness program, Great benefits, and they even just started a parental leave policy.

      Cons

      Cons from past years have since been remedied so I can't think of anything.

      Not a huge construction inspection presence in NJ (company is PA based) but is growing Lack’s strong project manager in NJ Little to none NJDOT, NJT, or NJTA experience Mostly southern and central County work
