Pros
Colleagues are good to work with aside from a few executives who were very toxic.
Cons
The company has poor foundation set up and expect a lot of result by investing very little and into the wrong areas. The company culture went downhill after the new management. New management only wants yes men and is a bit of an all boys club. There’s no much career progression either.
