    Pros

The company has good medical benefits and 401K. Vacation and sick time is pretty much what should be expected of a company.

    Cons

There is confusion among the departments and department managers! Managers preach team concept but it doesn't seem to apply to them. Managers withhold important information from others because their insecure. Trying to get a straight answer is almost impossible! Some of these people create and thrive on confusion to make themselves feel important and needed. I have never been part of an organization who sets you up to fail on almost a daily basis. There is one manager who covers up for his friends and treats the other employees like mushrooms!

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and look around. You have no idea who actually performs the work needed to make this clock tick. HR, you have untapped knowledge at your disposal but yet you choose to hire people who have no idea how to do what they are hired to do. Promote from within! Get your employees motivated!! Get new blood in all positions and stop being held hostage by customers and vendors.

    Advice to Management

Your Managers want employees to train employees. You hire new Management that is 100% under qualified and afraid of the employees who know the job, and discriminate against them because they are better at it then you and create a world of favorites that are even less knowledgeable then you, to make yourself look better. Fire the bad Managers and worthless employees who do nothing then occupy a seat. Stop the constant gossiping within groups, should never be tolerated within the office. Outside of work, have to it.
