I have been working at TRN full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Some great people to work with, a vibrant industry. I enjoy working with business owners to help grow their business. Overall a great Company.

Cons

Stress is very high at the moment, could be better but is coming from outside of my control.

Advice to Management

Needs a better approach to the demands of the postion. Too many unrealistic expectations/ demands that are actually not productive.

I worked at TRN (Less than a year)

    Pros

The team at TRN always had work ready whenever I was in need of employment. They had great communication and served as an effective representative.

    Cons

No pay increase. When I wanted a job that paid more, they casually disregarded the request. They made things seem as if it was wrong for me to want more .

I worked at TRN full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing . There are some nice people who work for The Reserves Network. Unfortunately, they often have to comply with unethical demands or risk retaliation from upper management.

    Cons

Dishonest with internal and external employees. Customer service to their clients is lacking. They care more about making money then doing what is right.

    Advice to Management

Start treating everyone ethically. Do what you say...and say what you mean. Stop being dishonest with internal and external clients. You might be surprised by the result.
