Pros

The company delivers the full complement of marketing services, and that is a tremendous advantage compare to its competitors. It also has an impressive global presence. The growth path looks bright, especially given its ties to the IT sector.

Cons

There are still some growing pains that the company is dealing with as it tries to progress. Specifically, the turnover rate is still very troublesome. Also, some of the company's initiatives are too ambitious given its resources and infrastructure.

    I have been working at TSL Marketing full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    TSL is striving to be ahead of the curve for customer experience with both the internal team members (employees) and external (clients). It is a fun and faced paced environment where employees are empowered to make a difference by coming to the table with suggestions for continuous improvements. TSL has also been around for 14 years and never laid anyone off due to lack of work so job security is great here. If you want to grow in an organization from the ground up the potential is there as long as you give it your all.

    Cons

    Work/life balance can sometimes be a challenge.

    I worked at TSL Marketing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are some pros to this company very shockingly. They offer you a stepping stone for a sales career were u learn the very basics of a tele sales. It is strictly 9-5. Pretty much screw off throw up some crappy leads and you will last last as long as you want. Some Director level and one VP level offered me a lot and helped me improve my skills.

    Cons

    Pay is horrible, promotions are part time they preach accountability but don't follow it. If you need an example of insanity TSL is a perfect one. They do the same procedures over and over and over again when they never worked the first time. More SOP's than I thought ever existed although they are only followed for 3 weeks than forgotten about. The environment is horrible no one likes there job, no one is happy there. Walking into TSL was like going to the nursing home to visit your grandmother. Two of the VP's focus more of thier time on stupid chatter ethics than they do long term visions of the company. The company appears to be losing money there really isn't anything that suggests otherwise. They closed an office to "free up some spending". they have the motto of where you are a "Internal Customer" and not an employee and its a complete joke, its like being in 2nd grade. Most sales jobs offer money as an incentive or a bonus not the case here at all.

    Advice to Management

    cut the internal customer, provide real sales training, hire some sort of a consulting firm to help the company.
